Eating and drinking
If you want to avoid heavy gurgling stomach noises, which may distract you and/or your therapist, try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment, and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. Drink lots of water before and after and be prepared, as after some treatments you may need to be close to a bathroom for a period of time.

Eco-awareness
Being respectful of your environment is very much part of the spa experience. Use only the number of towels necessary and take note of the individual spa requests with regard to energy saving and eco-friendliness.
