SPA TREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS
spatreat vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from date of issue.
spatreat vouchers should be used towards services and/ or goods by booking directly with the Spa Ireland property you have chosen.
The spatreat voucher reference number must be quoted at time of booking.
spatreat vouchers may not be exchanged for goods and/or services of a value lower than that stated on the spatreat voucher.
spatreat vouchers may be exchanged for goods and/or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
Whilst the value and cost of the treatment is fixed on the spatreat voucher, treatment duration times vary from spa to spa.
Some Spa Ireland properties may charge a supplement for services described on the spatreat voucher. A full listing of partner properties that do so may be found on spa-ireland.com.
spatreat vouchers can only be used towards goods and/ or services that are provided by Spa Ireland's Partners which are listed on spa-ireland.com
The list of Spa Ireland Partners on spa-ireland.com may change from time to time and a Spa Ireland Partner, which features on the list, may withdraw from participation as a Spa Ireland Partner at any time.
Some Spa Ireland Partners have restrictions on the use of spatreat vouchers, including limitations on dates when vouchers may be utilised or precluding use of Vouchers in conjunction with a promotion. These additional terms and conditions shall fully apply to all such vouchers as if they were included in these terms and conditions.
www.spa-ireland.com will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between a Spa Ireland Partner
and the holder of a spatreat voucher or customer.
All spatreat vouchers are issued in Euro only. Where spatreat vouchers are accepted by Spa Ireland Partners outside the Republic of Ireland, they may be subject to currency conversion charges.
spatreat vouchers may not be used in properties, which do not feature on spa-ireland.com.
spatreat vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
spatreat vouchers will be subject to verification at time of booking.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged spatreat vouchers.
To deface a spatreat voucher will render it invalid.
